[BC] EMP - SS versus thermionic finals

I worked with Barry on the Radio Guide follow up to Katrina. We talked
to a lot folks on the scene and no one volunteered that tidbit. I would
have thought we would have found that out as those who provided info
were pretty open about most things. I know the Entercom studio genset
came up and ran for the duration even after the studios were evacuated.
