Frank,

The NAB would be quite upset to know that people from outside markets
(such as Pittsburgh) are attending the Harrisburg hearing.  See:

Unless the FCC comes to Pittsburgh, you're supposed to stay home!
However, this rule does not apply to Washington lobbyists.

IMHO, this is nonsense.  What's wrong with someone from St. Louis
traveling to Nashville, if that's the closest hearing site?

BTW, I attended the Philadelphia hearing last month and the majority
of participants were local residents (many of whom I had met before),
the notable exception being the two Commissioners.
