We would hate to loose you. A guy your age just starting out is what this
group needs. You have a hunger for this business that I remember when I was
your age. I don't read most of the posts here either. Sometimes they are
childish, sometimes they are dribble. Just delete them and continue to ask
questions. You will get the answers you need. Look at the rest of this as
entertainment or just ignore it. There are a few guys who tend to post a
lot. Makes you wonder if they have real jobs or if there bosses knew they
were sitting at the computer all day giving free advice to strangers! In my
case I am the boss but I try to be helpful. I will admit that most of the
time it's in an effort to promote my company but that is permissible if it
isn't an out and out commercial! 

Stay with us and be a little tolerant. This is really the best lesson anyone
can learn no matter what business you are in. Tolerance and patience go a
long way to working well and playing with others.

I've finally had it.

I came on this list over a year ago to learn from some of the people that I
thought were the best in the industry. But lately, many people around here
have acted like they belong wearing diapers and in kindergarden. You guys
claim to be such highly trained and specialized engineers...but the
bickering and insults y'all throw at each other seem to lead me to beleive
otherwise.

I will be the FIRST to admit that I'm NOT perfect, I'm far from it I still
have ALOT to learn and WANT to learn it, but most on this list are very
unwelcoming to teaching someone new any skills. Are somne of you afraid the
new guys might end up being better then you?

I've not had the best lucky with jobs, so what? That's my business and not
foder for the public list. What matters is I work as hard as I can with what
I've got.  For others to assume what's going on here or telling me what I
should be doing is entirely wrong if you've never been here and don't
know/understand the situation. I can place a $50 bet that 99.99 percent of
you have never been here. With that being said, PLEASE don't make assumption
on what you think might work for me or what might be best.

Llately, it's been all about Mr Wood bi*$%&ng about how bad HD Radio is and
Robert telling others what they should be doing.  Why can't we foster others
instead of tear them down?

I love radio....nothing and no one can EVER change that. I know there are
some out there who don't like me and don't agree with me, fine. But for
those who don't like/agree with me, there are twice as many who do like and
agree with me. I know who they are and to me, that's all that matters.  I've
set goals for myself and by golly, I will get there.

I'm ALOT longer then most of you... yet you seem to think I should already
know as much as some of you.

For those of you on this list who have supported me, helped me out and
offered me advice.. I am forever greatful to you.  If you want to continue
