[BC] DAX and field repairable

I understand, but I have spent time under the hood with BE, Nautel and 
other TXs that also do IBOC. By comparison DAX still scares me. These 
are all also 21st century designs. Since you said the DAX is on 1490, 
that implies a smaller station. Do you have spare boards on site or at 
least a backup TX?  These are all important considerations when you opt 
for a non repairable design.
