No, Markertek is a distributor, not a manufacturer.  TecNec is, I believe,
the manufacturer.  If you need a single wall plate with two Neutrik female
XLR's, the Markertek part number is WPL-1116.  They have many, I repeat,
many other kinds of plates.  You can Google "Markertek" and hit "I'm Feeling
Lucky" or go to http:\\www.markertek.com  Their prices on many items are
quite reasonable.
