PCs running Windows XP were patched about two months ago. Other
Windows OS's must be manually patched. The 98 or NT versions of the
Microsoft TZEDIT utility are available free on the Internet from a
variety of places, and either one will work with any Windows version
since 95. One thing they didn't change across all the post-95 versions
of Windows was the registry key which holds the DST info.
TZEDIT is also available as a command-line utility for 2K and XP, but
if you have an XP box which hasn't been patched, the 98 or NT versions
will work with that OS too.
