[BC] Remote Control Access via Internet

AFAIK

There was never a requirement you have a dedicated phone line. You might 
be thinking about some FCC clarifications on the use of dial up remote 
controls which is optional to begin with.  The FCC does not really care 
how you comply with the rules just that you can demonstrate you are in 
compliance.
