[BC] RE: Older transmitters

There was another discussion about replacing transistors and possible 
substitutes.  That is the real problem with older solid state TXs, but 
if you are aware of the situation and stay on top of it, it is not as 
bad as the situation with tubes.  How the TX has been maintained is also 
a very big factor.
