Charlie Adkins reports on the HD radio that wouldn't work at Universal Radio, Columbus.

For those of you who've just ordered from them by Internet, Universal is on the east side of Columbus in an industrial park, located in a medium sized one-floor brick building.

I would bet if you could get up to their roof, you could see the WBNS TV tower downtown.  That's where most of the high-powered FM's are located, maybe a dozen miles away as the crow flies.

Also well within the daytime coverage of WOSU, 820 and 1230 WTPG (or whatever the call is this week), both still running IBOC.

So that HD radio must be pretty deaf.  On the other hand, it could be a problem with a misplaced cat's whisker...
