[BC] HD Receiver flaws

It's been awhile since I have seen a clock radio, or any cheap radio,
with any kind of antenna terminals. Even my DVD setup has a piece of
wire dangling out of the back, and the thing overloads when I have
more than a foot or two of wire extended -- I have to keep the rest
coiled up, or there are spurs all over the "dial." Really cheap electronics!

Unless you're getting *very* strong signals from stations within unobstructed
line-of-sight, only a few miles (at most) away, you are going to need some
kind of enhanced antenna. By enhanced, I mean more than a dangle-wire or simple
dipole thumbtacked to the wall.
