[BC] sats merger

Most of the people I have talked to whom have sampled and or subscribed 
to both systems (myself included) prefer Sirius.  The "air talent" is 
more palatable, the music selection is generally better and the overall 
presentation is better.  The audio quality is poor on both, especially 
on the talk channels.
