Now, how will a silence sensor catch a looping piece of audio or a stuck CD
(if anyone still uses them)?

You got to monitor the HD-2 signal with a person, maybe you can get a all
night gas station to listen to it..  Give them a few free spots for their
trouble.
I wonder if they can get around ASCAP by providing a program monitoring
service in their store...  Everyone??
