[BC] FM Stereo invention

It is better if you can properly filter it. That is the big gotcha with
on air switching systems. The necessary filter to eliminate 38 kHz
harmonics such as the third at 114 kHz can compromise high frequency
separation and possibly cause some over shoot. More advanced methods of
switching in smaller steps were developed which raised the frequencies
to be filtered to 512 kHz or higher. THEY are the best way to go with an
analog stereo generator.
