Not *exactly*... because the audio will have little "holes" in it at 38Khz, 
50% duty cycle. The analog/matrixed method wouldn't do that. Although to an 
average stereo receiver, both methods work, the fidelity of the DSB suppressed 
carrier method would be better than the multiplexed method.
