[BC] Monitoring IBUZ Secondaries - NOT

I don't know if it's clearly understood by many that HD2, et al. are 
experimental and thus not authorized to run commercials.  That being the 
case, the music and such are covered by the primary rights license.

In my case, the listeners we hear from complaining of double audio know 
it's two sources.  Not cross talk.
