[BC] Monitoring IBUZ Secondaries - NOT

A few months back one of our locals had their HD2 displaying a song title,
the same song title, for four days, with no audio at all.  Another one had
all sorts of stuff from the  computer program streaming on the HD2 PAD.
Stuff like directory entries, durations, licensing information and garbage
that was probably significant to the machine but wasted on humans.  That
lasted a couple of weeks!
