Judging from that picture, I'd say it was guyed at two points, since
this appears to be the mount for the higher guy (You can see the
intact guy for the same direction in "tower5".) And if you look
closely at 3 and 4 I think I see some guy wire dangling from the
broken piece, unless that's transmission line.
