[BC] TX shacks......horror stories

Actually saw one in Louisiana that was a yard barn, with NO FLOOR!
Equipment was up on concrete blocks. Had to wear boots due to the mud.
Studio was in an RV travel trailer on the edge of the property.
Electricity was the only utility on site. Told the potential buyer to
run far run fast......
