[BC] Do Not Call List

The Indiana DNC law is much better than the national one. Even forbids 
automated calls. All it takes is for you to sign up *all* your numbers 
on the Secretary of State's website and that's it. They do prosecute and 
do fine.  There have been a couple of companies that have challeged it, 
but the court has always ruled in the State's favor.  My mother in Texas 
has a better approach, she tells them to "hang on a minute", puts the 
phone down, then goes shopping.
