Ditto...I tried the same thing and found the assembled cables from Delta to 
be cheaper than the connectors alone.  Waste of time.

What I have done in the past with bad gator sets is to disassemble the 
connectors and remove the gator clips.  I then soldered in a piece of RG 
223 cable which I use with my RG 4 to drive the bridge.

However, if someone does find a stash of them or can order them for less 
than $50. ea., I want a few of them as I have a couple other meters sans 
lead sets.
