Since I'm not as fortunate as you in having an IBUZ receiver than can 
receive everything everywhere I think it's appropriate to talk to 
someone who can confirm the information. Since it's part of what I do 
for a living, talking to radio people isn't as much a matter of time 
on my hands as it is getting information I need.

I always feel I'm debating an unarmed man with you. The issue is 
paying attention to our signals and you turn it into a personal thing 
and become an apologist for bad operations. Your response tells me if 
this happened at your station you wouldn't have a problem with it. 
The guy in charge of promoting this thing thinks it's important. You 
don't. It's always good to know where you stand.
