Although pricey themselves, what about Pasternack? They keep sending me 
catalogues (that I don't need) with pages and pages of very expensive connectors.

I do know the ones y'all are discussing- they're like a double-sized PL259 
with braided leads and fat alligator clips. Someone suggested $8 worth of 
electrical tape... seeing as the stuff goes for about $1.40 a roll, that's a honk'n 
lotta tape! What about RTV silicone glue? It's flexible and virtually 
indestructible. I suppose it would look better than an inch-thick "blob" of electrical 
tape! ;)
