I think this may be an LC connector. I seem to remember an old(military 
surplus?) dummy load that had one of these and the connector for it matched 
the one on the OIB.

    The oversize PL-259 type connectors that are used on the test leads
for a OIB-1 or 3?  Delta wants an arm, leg and several children for a
lead set.   I was considering making my own...but have not been able to
find the connector.
