Delta doesn't list a part number except their own.  Maybe Amphenol?  

I wish Delta would build in some kind of harness that the leads could be
stowed in.  I clip mine to the handle to keep them out of the way when not
in use, but they are sure vulnerable to being beat up in the present design.

    The oversize PL-259 type connectors that are used on the test leads
for a OIB-1 or 3?  Delta wants an arm, leg and several children for a
lead set.   I was considering making my own...but have not been able to
find the connector.
