Good luck getting anybody to do anything.  Even though I'm on the "Do Not
Call" list, I get at least one automated call a week from various carpet
cleaning and air duct cleaning services.  I've filed complaints with the
FCC, the FTC, and the Nevada Attorney General-Consumer Affairs Division, but
nothing ever happens.  The calls still come, federal law is still being
violated, and nobody will enforce it.
