[BC] NRSC measurements

for me, and so far, no luck.

What is the equipment of choice here ?

Tek 2710 ?  

if so, will it also do 2nd and 3rd harmonic measurement on FM's ?

how good would it be for setting freq's on STL's and Marti's ?
