I can imagine that would be exciting. I'd be willing to glow in the 
dark to deal with the monster transmitters overseas. Even Uncle Sam 
is getting out of the business. It doesn't make sense to me to 
deliver programming via satellite to foreign stations that could chop 
you off over the slightest political dispute. Even the former Soviet 
Union couldn't wipe our shortwave signals off the dial. All Putin or 
any politician has to do is issue an order to shut us down. Much 
easier than jamming.
