[BC] A good solid transmitter

Sorry about that Miltron, after looking through some old manuals it
was a BC-5G.
The only thing I really hated was taking out the final tuning /
loading coils and cleaning them. The tuning would get real flaky
when they got dirty.
I have a tube socket for the final (never installed) if anyone wants
it "free to a good home" just pay shipping. I can't toss anything
(pack rat) but will give it away.

If you think that a cheap, flimsy(definately NOT built like a tank)
pos like a BC-5P was a good xmtr, it is obvious that you've never saw
a _good_ xmtr of that period.
Its predecessor, the BC-5B, was a pretty good heavy duty xmtr in its
day, however.
Sorry 'bout that.......
