I agree w/Doug P in Ft. Wayne.

I once owned 4 radio stations - all out in the country - and Collins and RCA 
looked at us hillbillies (though I'm from Chicago and worked for an rca 
design engineer, Ed Jacker for 4 years) and only snickered. Even wehen I was 
in my teens, and went to the NAB in Chicago, Gates people ALWAYS answered my 
newbee questions like "I mattered." I NEVER forgot that.

Gates always did us well and serviced us like a pro.
