[BC] Harris Corp. Seeks Cuts in Transmitter Business

The BC-5P2 and the BC-1G and H are the "loudest" 
transmitters in their respective power ranges of any 
tube-type transmitter I've worked with.  With a 
little attention to power supply filtering those boxes 
were simply "LOUD and Clean".
