Just another big company making corporate adjustments.  I have seen it  many 
times.  Survived some and didn't survive one time.  Some cases a  quick way 
for an executive to make it up his ladder is cut employees.   Works very quickly 
to better the bottom line.  Nothing new in businesses  and happens everyday.
