[BC] Administriva - February, and Blackhole alert

         Welcome to February (not Febuwary).

         I just wanted to alert you to a current filter problem that is
         causing some issues.  I don't know which blackhole it is,
         but one of them is currently taking many posts from
         Cox, Roadrunner (a perennial), Earthlink, and other
         ISPs and resulting with a Subject line that looks like:

         Subject: {Spam?} Radio on Remote Control - NOT

         In order not to trip the filters at other ISPs (like AOL) or
         some of the IT departments at radio companies and
         cause BC to be blocked, I'm trapping the word Spam,
         and manually reloading the posts. This may be the
         reason if you notice your post has been delayed. It is
         not your fault. But, since spam is such a major
         issue, I appreciate your understanding of why I am
         doing this.  I am looking for other solutions.
