[BC] Audioarts Lamp

I've got 10 or more of the R-60 consoles, Willie, and I'm seeing the same
thing. But one thing I've noticed, the console with the most problems have
the heaviest-handed jocks, who really stab at the buttons. I've had to
replace a dozen of the small square switch buttons for source monitor, and
program/audition/mono selection.
