[BC] ID in Spanish?

In many locations (particularly California cities), the FCC has always
allowed the "community of license" part of the legal ID to be spoken
in Spanish.

The FCC also allows COL names to be given in French in places like
Baton Rouge, Terre Haute, Juneau, and La Crosse, and in German (Berlin
NH), Greek (Ithaca and Philadelphia), Italian (Rome and Minetto NY),
Hebrew (Bethel NC), Dutch (Rotterdam NY), Mohawk (Schenectady), etc.
