[BC] ID in Spanish?

Just my non-FCC-educated two cents - why not do both?  Might increase
length, but your Spanish-speaking listeners would appreciate their language
being used and your English speaking listeners would appreciate that you
don't do it in Spanish only...


Dan, I'm willing to bet 73.1201 doesn't mention Spanish simply because that
would endorse it as an official language, something I think hasn't been done
yet on the Federal level (correct me if I'm mistaken).
