Technically they should not put anything between the call sign and city of
license. If they want to include the freq in Spanish, they certainly can do
it because only the call and city of license make a legal ID

Subject: [BC] ID in Spanish?
I've looked and don't find much guidance..
For the top of hour ID, what do you think of
KMJR 105.5 Portland, Texas
Except.. the frequency would be spoken with Spanish digits, instead of
One Oh Five Point Five.
Any thoughts on this?
It could also be done
KMJR Portland, Texas [Spanish here]
