We used them for a time... but the lack of response (or very *slow* response)
to tech support issues forced us to drop them.

Although I don't make much use of the e-mail capabilities of my 
WEB host, they do offer them.

If you only need this for the purpose of sending/receiving audio files, 
why not set up a dedicated FTP site? You can set various user privileges
so that people can only see their own dedicated folders, and nobody
elses.  (Plus, no SPAM!) You won't necessarily need a domain name, 
either, since you could just access the FTP site via it's IP address.
