Well isn't that just lovely.

See, this is where I really wish some legal entity with some common sense
would step in and rectify things.  This means that if I had an internet
radio station with my band's music, most of which has not been copyrighted
yet since we're still pretty new, I would have to pay royalties to SE....
Lord.  There is a reason I hope to never have to join that certain group, as
I don't think it will benefit many artists at all.

And as one of the comments says, they are charging for work that isn't
theirs.


Semi-silly question:
Could this theoretically affect songs being played on Myspace pages? I mean,
you are streaming digitally there, although not really as an internet radio.
