I don't know him. Part of the production was done in Dallas and part 
in Los Angeles. Those were the days when CBS owned Columbia Records 
and drugs were part of the promotion process. Hospitality suites were 
rated on the quality of items unrelated to the music. Of course no 
one at CBS knew (Wink. Wink.)
