[BC] Telos 1x6 kinda dead - help!

Last night, as Lili, my producer, went to hang up on our exiting guest and
busy out the lines for a hour or so, our 1x6 Telos hybrid went dead. Sort
of.

She couldn't drop the line on her console, nor could I. When she went to
busy out the lines, the last line, with the guest, was open and blinking on
both consoles, but no actions would make anything happen. The hybrid is
showing "off" on the rack unit, and the buttons on the two consoles don't
work. The 5 individual phone lines we have plugged into the back of the unit
all work correctly when a regular phone is plugged into them, and the audio
for on-hold and for the feed down the line seems to be registering on the
LED meters.

Re-booting the rack unit several times didn't bring back functionality. Any
idea what to do about this?
