Yup. Exactly. Those poor suckers -- er, customers who got talked into
"getting a shortwave radio for emergencies" will find out that China Radio
International or Deutsche Welle (sorry, BBC dropped their North American
Service some years ago) isn't going to give them information on local road
closures.
