Yep.
The worst one was KBLA in L.A. On that one I had to put the DC feed from the
wall wart through a ferrite ring. I also put the telco through another one
just for good measure. Worked the first time I turned it on that way.

Wow... that's interesting! I guess the modems are better at notching-out 
interfering signals than I thought. :)
