[BC] Freq agile AM transmitters

Yes Frequency agile on AM.
I have a bunch of 1kW units, 5kW units, 10kW units and of course the 317 we
have that is frequency agile.
That being said, the manual (317) states that you **should** be able to do a
frequency change in about an hour, THEN you have to adjust the ATU. I have
not fired up the 317 to do such a change yet. The whole system blew out a
set of 400 A fuses. I have troubles with an AC unit. Since there are FIVE
AC units, I have a job in front of me.
Other than the 317, the other transmitters are changed via thumbwheels. 530
