If that is true, why not eliminate the required, annual
NRSC test in 73.45? In fact, why did they put in the rules?
Moreover, why do some stations fail the annual NRSC until
maintenance is done?
Answering my own questions, perhaps the idea that an ATU will
serve as a spur and harmonic attenuator is optimistic.
