Someone has to do it. But I'm not THAT nuts.  It's not the height or 
the scramble that bothers me as the guy clearly has the right tools 
to scrambling on the cables. Its the 12" arcing pulled from the cable 
that sends shivers through me....  I can't imagine the cable being 
live while that work is being done due to RFR and temperature 
issues.  Those cables run thermally HOT most of the time.
