[BC] Energy Onix AM Transmitters

They are not Ibiquity certified.  Ibiquity charges a fee to certify 
transmitters and Bernie does not want to have to raise the price of 
his transmitters just for Ibiquity certification since such a small 
percentage of AM broadcasters are using the system.  As I understand 
it, the certification fee is substantial.
