[BC] 3 1/8" air bend radius

5" will work with unflanged 3 1/8" (7.66 sqin for the coax, 8.65 sqin for
the conduit at 40% fill). The problem is the flanges. 3 1/8 flanged has a
cross sectional area of 26.53 sqin, and using that number for the fill, you
would need 9" (26.88 sqin at 40%).

Assuming this is for an AM tower, I'd order one end flanged, last off and
run the coax through 5", field soldering the other flange at the end of the
run.

Subject: [BC] 3 1/8" air bend radius

Is the minimum turning radius for 3 1/8" air line 30 inches or 36
inches? Should you use 8 inch conduit or should it be larger?
