[BC] Negativity

In my travels I have found that every group has its palaces and shantys. 
The situation seems to relate directly to the local market managment.

As to CC, They had a couple of bad things going on here, and I reported them 
to Mike Gideon (it wasn't in his region) and they were corrected.
