Craig,

This tx was almost new and unmodified when the previous 
engineer got his DS knocked loose.  I don't recall the 
exact circumstances but there was a situation in this TX 
that left one side of the power supply hot even if the 
internal TX breaker or fuse was out.  Only one side of the 
incoming power was breakered in the TX as I recall.

Just another reason to kill all power to equipment under 
repair.

unique individual but he appreciates his customers too much 
to kill them off like that!  As for the power supply, at 
least it is not some multi-hundred dollar switching supply 
which cannot be easily repaired.
