[BC] Energy Onix AM Transmitters

Scott,

I maintain an EO 1kw AM tx.  They are pretty good except 
that the power supply seems to have been underrated.  This 
unit lost bridge rectifiers several times previous to my 
stewardship.  I upgraded to a much higher rated bridge and 
thus far haven't lost another.

The other really odd thing is that this particular TX has 
only one side of the incoming 220vac fused/breakered.  The 
previous engineer remembered this after picking himself up 
off of the floor.  The TX is protected but not the 
engineers.  Bernie is a really strange individual.  So am 
I.
